About the Role
RACS is hiring a Sales Specialist in Riyadh to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets. Ideal candidates have a passion for sales, fluency in Arabic and English, and a valid KSA driving license.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct client meetings and presentations
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable RACS services
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service
- Represent RACS at exhibitions, industry events, and business meetings
Requirements
- Passion for sales and business development
- Self motivated, ambitious, and target driven mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship building abilities
- Valid KSA driving license
- Experience in conformity assessment, certification, or regulatory compliance is preferred
- Strong knowledge of SASO regulations, SABER platform, SFDA requirements, and product certification services is highly preferred
