Job Overview

  • AMNCO is looking for a motivated and results driven Sales Specialist to join our team in Riyadh.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth by promoting its services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable services and solutions.
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and quotations.
  • Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and support the closing of deals.
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitors and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
  • Results driven with strong follow up and organizational skills.
  • Good command of Arabic and English.
  • Experience in B2B services, security services, facility management, or related industries is an advantage.
