Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Promote the company’s product portfolio within assigned markets
- Conduct client meetings and product presentations
- Prepare quotations and proposals
- Negotiate terms to close deals
- Maintain accurate sales records and track performance against targets
- Provide regular sales reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Support after sales service
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and industry trends
Requirements
- Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales Management or coordinating sales activities
- Training capabilities to support product education
- Previous experience in FMCG, distribution, or F&B sector is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast paced, target driven environment
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Professional fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong plus
