Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within target industries and markets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Promote and sell the company's logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, and supply chain solutions
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts
- Prepare and submit accurate quotations, proposals, and service agreements
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with operations teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer requests in a timely manner
- Maintain an up to date pipeline of prospects and opportunities using CRM systems
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management
- Represent the company professionally at industry events, networking activities, and client meetings
Requirements
- Valid Saudi Work Residency (Iqama)
- Currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, courier services, or supply chain solutions
- Strong understanding of logistics and freight operations is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong customer relationship management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are highly preferred
