Role Description

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in IT and QA services, focusing on mobile app solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and needs analysis to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross selling.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to align client requirements with service offerings.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecast revenue, and participate in presentations, demos, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and effective negotiation abilities.
  • Proven Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship building, and client retention.
  • Demonstrated Sales experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, closing, and achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Background in Sales Management or coordination, such as managing accounts, tracking performance metrics, and supporting sales processes.
  • Experience in Training clients or team members on products, services, or sales processes is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with IT and quality assurance services, especially mobile application solutions, is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work on site in Riyadh and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort using CRM tools and basic productivity software for reporting, documentation, and communication.
