Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in IT and QA services, focusing on mobile app solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and needs analysis to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying upselling/cross selling opportunities
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to align client requirements with service offerings
- Prepare sales reports, forecast revenue, and participate in presentations, demos, and training sessions
Requirements
- Strong communication skills including presentation, active listening, and negotiation
- Proven customer service capabilities with focus on responsiveness and relationship building
- Demonstrated sales experience including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing
- Background in sales management or coordination
- Experience in training clients or team members is an advantage
- Familiarity with IT and quality assurance services, especially mobile app solutions, is highly preferred
- Ability to work on site in Riyadh
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Comfort using CRM tools and basic productivity software

Role Description
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in IT and QA services, focusing on mobile app solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and needs analysis to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross selling.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to align client requirements with service offerings.
- Prepare sales reports, forecast revenue, and participate in presentations, demos, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and effective negotiation abilities.
- Proven Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship building, and client retention.
- Demonstrated Sales experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, closing, and achieving or exceeding targets.
- Background in Sales Management or coordination, such as managing accounts, tracking performance metrics, and supporting sales processes.
- Experience in Training clients or team members on products, services, or sales processes is an advantage.
- Familiarity with IT and quality assurance services, especially mobile application solutions, is highly preferred.
- Ability to work on site in Riyadh and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort using CRM tools and basic productivity software for reporting, documentation, and communication.
