Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Sales Specialist to work on a contractor basis.

In this role, you will apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems by analyzing authentic workplace communications and transforming fragmented information into complex, realistic sales-related tasks.

Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input, making a significant impact in the technology industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze authentic workplace communications, including Slack threads, emails, and internal files, to identify key decisions, actions, and context relevant to sales workflows.
  • Transform fragmented, unstructured information into complex, realistic sales-related tasks for evaluating AI agents within the Jarvis reinforcement learning environment.
  • Synthesize information across multiple conversations and document sources to create coherent, multi-step scenarios that reflect real-world sales operations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of sales operations and processes to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the sales-related tasks created.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of sales-related tasks into the AI model training process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into coherent and actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey sales-related concepts and ideas.
  • Experience working in a sales or business development role, with a deep understanding of sales operations and processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team, with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential biases and errors in the sales-related tasks created.
