About the Role
Brouj Doha Real Estate is seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist in Al Rayyan, Qatar. You will manage the end-to-end sales process for residential and commercial properties, including prospecting, viewings, and closing deals.

Responsibilities
- Manage end to end sales process for residential and commercial properties
- Prospect, qualify leads, conduct property viewings, and close deals
- Respond to inquiries and follow up with potential buyers and tenants
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tools
- Prepare and present property proposals, negotiate terms within company guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and handover
- Monitor market trends and support marketing activities
- Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets
Requirements
- Strong Communication skills
- Proven Customer Service skills
- Demonstrated Sales skills including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing deals
- Prior real estate experience in Qatar or region preferred
- Comfort using CRM systems, MS Office, and digital communication tools
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic is an asset
- Valid Qatari driving license and access to transportation highly preferred

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Sales Specialist role based in Al Rayyan, Qatar.
- The Sales Specialist will manage the end to end sales process for residential and commercial properties.
- Daily responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and closing deals.
- The role involves preparing and presenting property proposals, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal teams.
- The Sales Specialist will also monitor market trends, support marketing activities, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Qualifications

- Demonstrated Sales skills
- Experience in Sales Management or coordinating sales activities is an advantage
- Ability to provide or participate in Training related to sales techniques

- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an asset
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
