Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Jiddah.
The role manages and grows customer accounts, develops new business, presents products, negotiates pricing and terms, and supports sales reporting and forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client meetings and visits, prepare quotations and proposals, and follow up on leads.
- Maintain CRM sales records and collaborate with production and logistics teams for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitors, participate in sales training, contribute to forecasting, and report performance and pipeline information.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, customer service, sales, and sales management capabilities are required.
- Training skills for educating customers and internal team members on product features, benefits, and usage are required.
- Relevant industrial or manufacturing sales experience is preferred, especially in plastics, packaging, or related sectors.
- Applicants must be able to work on-site in Jiddah and travel locally to visit customers.
- Basic office and CRM software proficiency and strong organizational and documentation skills are required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is required.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
