Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist.
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving client acquisition and achieving sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Key tasks include identifying new leads, nurturing relationships with clients (Beauty & Dental Service Providers), delivering product presentations, and supporting sales training initiatives.
The role demands a proactive approach to sales management and regular communication with clients to address their needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to meet or exceed sales targets
- Ability to conduct Training sessions to support team development and client onboarding
- Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions.
- They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts

- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience as a Sales Manager
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Probationary Period
- Your employment will begin with a three-month probation period.
- The structure of your compensation during this time is designed to align with performance milestones:
- Month 1: Compensation will be strictly commission-based (15% of total sales). There will be no fixed salary for the first month of employment.
- Months 2 & 3: Upon achieving satisfactory results during your first month, your compensation will transition to include a fixed monthly salary of SAR 15,000 plus applicable sales commissions of 5% of total sales for a monthly sales target of SAR 100,000.
