Role Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing client accounts, and promote facility management services.
- Conduct sales meetings and presentations, prepare proposals and quotations, follow up on leads, and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts, provide reports on market trends and competitor activities.
- Support sales training initiatives and participate in industry events or client visits.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proven sales and sales management skills including pipeline development, negotiation, and closing deals in B2B environments.
- Training skills to help onboard clients and support internal sales enablement.
- Relevant experience in facility management or related industries beneficial.
- Ability to work on site in Jeddah, manage multiple accounts, and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic an advantage.
