- Promote Masters Clinics’ services and support patient acquisition and retention
- Engage with prospective and existing patients, explain clinic services and treatment options
- Respond to inquiries in person and by phone
- Build and manage relationships with referral sources
- Support marketing initiatives
- Track leads and conversions using clinic systems
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure accurate information is shared
- Prepare basic reports on sales activities
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on services and patient communication standards
Requirements
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Solid Sales and Sales Management skills
- Training skills to support staff and patient education
- Prior experience in healthcare, clinics, or service based industries beneficial
- Ability to work on site in Taif, manage multiple tasks, and meet performance targets
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM or lead tracking tools is an advantage
- Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
