Sales Specialist (IPT)

Job purpose

Role responsibilities

• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients in assigned and remote areas.
• Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Prepare sales funnel, CRM, and market information reports.
• Update competitor data files with the latest market information.
• Communicate product and service opportunities and field feedback to relevant company staff.
• Identify and resolve client concerns.
• Coordinate internal staff to support sales closures.
• Achieve year-to-date targets, monitor stock, and provide quality customer solutions.
• Use the JDE system for quotations, sales funnels, stock monitoring, and data updates.

Required qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Infection Prevention, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Nursing, or Biomedical Engineering is required.
• One to three years of relevant experience in infection prevention, disinfection, sterilization consumables, or a related industry is required.
• A record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and business objectives is required.
• Knowledge of Western and Southern Area markets across government and private sectors is required.
• Fluency in English and Arabic and a valid driving license are required.

Required capabilities

• Strong presentation, relationship-building, and business development skills are required.

Preferred skills

• Application support, negotiation, product knowledge, public relations, and data reporting skills are preferred.
