Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, residential, and retail fit out projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in coordination with design and estimation teams
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth handover after contract award
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in interior fit out, construction, real estate or related industry
- Strong understanding of fit out processes, materials, and project cycles
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
