Job Summary

  • The Sales Specialist – Interior Fit Out will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving sales for interior fit out projects.
  • The ideal candidate has strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close project based sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, residential, and retail fit out projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in coordination with design and estimation teams
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth handover after contract award

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in interior fit out, construction, real estate or related industry
  • Strong understanding of fit out processes, materials, and project cycles
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license
