Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for HR and Payroll software solutions
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital channels
- Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations to prospective clients
- Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Proven experience in software sales, preferably HRMS or Payroll solutions an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid U.A.E driving license (Mandatory)
