Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for HR and Payroll software solutions
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital channels
  • Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • Proven experience in software sales, preferably HRMS or Payroll solutions an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid U.A.E driving license (Mandatory)
