Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with ship owners, managers, and maritime service providers
- Manage a sales pipeline, prepare quotations and proposals, and follow up on leads
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding client technical needs
- Coordinate with service engineers and inventory teams to provide suitable spare parts and retrofit solutions
- Support product presentations and training for customers
- Gather market intelligence, contribute to sales forecasts, and ensure accurate reporting in CRM
Requirements
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales and Sales Management capabilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals
- Ability to deliver Training and product demonstrations
- Experience or strong interest in the maritime, marine electronics, or industrial automation sectors
- Comfort working with technical documentation and translating technical concepts into commercial value
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with common office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to regional shipping markets are an advantage
- Eligibility to work on site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
