About the Role
Nomod is looking for Sales Specialists in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Northern Emirates to acquire new merchants for their payment platform. The role involves lead generation, merchant onboarding, training, and relationship management.

Responsibilities
- Develop leads, identify, engage with, and acquire new merchants.
- Onboard new merchants by assisting them with verification, training them on how to use Nomod, and run their first transactions.
- Generate creative ideas about how to grow our merchant base and our payments volume.
- Grow existing merchants by understanding how they operate, their priorities, and how Nomod can help grow their business.
- Create and define new processes to improve our existing sales process.
- Listen for and collate feedback from merchants.
- Be the voice of our merchants to ensure that we're building product that addresses their needs.
- Learn, understand, and dive deep into finance and technology ideas that affect our merchants.
- Work with an agile, globally distributed team and be able to harness constructive feedback.
- Ensure that everyone is blown away with their Nomod experience.
Requirements
- Educated to at least degree level or equivalent.
- Previous experience in merchant acquisition, banking or fintech experience is a Must.
- Have field sales experience selling payment products (POS, payment links and BNPL).
- Know Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Northern Emirates really well.
- Have UAE driving license.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and see things from the perspective of users.
- Obsess about making and keeping users happy.
- Lots of energy, proactive, fast thinker, and revel in solving problems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
- Chrome, Gmail, Google Docs, and similar web tools are second nature.
- Creative, innovative, and data driven.
- Deliver no matter what it takes.

About the Job
- We're looking for Sales Specialists to join our team in three locations: Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Northern Emirates.
- The ideal candidate is someone who can think on their feet, has great communication skills, understands the art of persuasion, and relishes selling innovative technology.
As a Sales Specialist you will
