About Pella Nova

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, events, LinkedIn, direct outreach, and personal connections.
  • Meet with prospective clients and present Pella Nova’s services.
  • Build relationships with entrepreneurs, executives, investors, and business owners.
  • Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable solution.
  • Manage the sales process from the initial introduction through closing.
  • Maintain professional communication and follow up with prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with the internal team after each successful sale.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, luxury services, real estate, consulting, PR, or digital marketing is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Professional appearance and confidence when meeting clients.
  • Self motivated with a proactive approach to generating new business.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
  • Fluent English is required. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Based in Dubai or willing to work in Dubai.
