Pella Nova is looking for a confident Sales Specialist to represent their AI-ready personal branding platform in Dubai. This commission-based role involves generating new business through networking and outreach, presenting services to executives and entrepreneurs, and managing the sales process.

Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, events, LinkedIn, direct outreach, and personal connections
- Meet with prospective clients and present Pella Nova’s services
- Build relationships with entrepreneurs, executives, investors, and business owners
- Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable solution
- Manage the sales process from initial introduction through closing
- Maintain professional communication and follow up with prospective clients
- Coordinate with the internal team after each successful sale
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, business development, luxury services, real estate, consulting, PR, or digital marketing is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Professional appearance and confidence when meeting clients
- Self motivated with a proactive approach to generating new business
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
- Fluent English is required
- Based in Dubai or willing to work in Dubai
