Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Present Paynet’s payment solutions to prospective clients
- Manage a pipeline of leads through to successful closure
- Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations
- Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and negotiate commercial terms within established guidelines
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide ongoing support
- Collaborate with internal teams, including IT and operations, to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Track sales performance, update CRM records, and participate in training and market research
Requirements
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales and Sales Management skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and achievement of revenue targets
- Training skills, with the ability to explain product features, guide clients through onboarding, and support internal knowledge sharing
- Experience in payments, fintech, banking, or financial services is highly beneficial
- Comfort using CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and basic office software
- Strong analytical, organization, and time management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Bengali, Malayalam, Urdu) are an advantage
