Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle for residential and commercial properties
- Prospect, qualify leads, conduct property presentations, and close transactions
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Respond to inquiries and conduct property viewings
- Provide tailored investment and purchase guidance
- Prepare proposals and contracts
- Update CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to sales targets and participate in training and sales meetings
- Represent Yellowstone Real Estate at client meetings and industry events
Requirements
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales and Sales Management skills
- Knowledge of the Dubai and UAE real estate market
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic office productivity tools
- Track record in real estate or related sales roles
- RERA certification or equivalent is an advantage
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
