Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective General Partners
- Conduct discovery calls and present Snixx’s solutions in a clear and compelling way
- Manage the sales pipeline, prepare tailored proposals, coordinate demos, and follow up with leads to drive conversions and renewals
- Collaborate closely with customer success and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve outreach strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM records and meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, including pipeline management, closing deals, and meeting performance targets
- Ability to deliver Training and onboarding support for new clients
- Comfort with remote work, including self management and proficiency with digital collaboration tools
- Experience with CRM platforms, outbound prospecting, and data driven sales strategies
- Background in B2B SaaS, venture capital, private equity, or startup ecosystems is highly beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Role Description
- This is a Part time remote role for a Sales Specialist at Snixx.
- The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify prospective General Partners, conduct discovery calls, and present Snixx’s solutions in a clear and compelling way.
- Day to day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing tailored proposals, coordinating demos, and following up with leads to drive conversions and renewals.
- The role also involves collaborating closely with customer success and marketing teams to refine messaging, improve outreach strategies, and support training for new clients.
- The Sales Specialist is expected to maintain accurate CRM records, meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute insights to optimize the overall sales process.
Qualifications
