The Sales Specialist will connect Devmark’s developer clients with the broker community.

The role focuses on briefing, engaging, and motivating brokers to present Devmark projects to buyers.

The position covers multiple exclusive off-plan projects in Dubai.

Build and maintain a UAE-wide broker network and match broker buyer profiles with relevant Devmark projects.
Deliver compelling project presentations covering the developer vision, investment case, and competitive positioning.
Conduct regular broker outreach through phone, in-person meetings, and digital channels.
Manage the live broker pipeline, including interactions, follow-ups, and opportunity status.
Monitor market trends, competitor projects, developer positioning, and broker sentiment.
Coordinate with sales and marketing on launches, broker campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
Report broker activity, pipeline status, project interest, and sales opportunities to the Director of Sales.
