- Achieve daily activity targets, including 100+ outbound calls per day
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Update CRM and track lead progress consistently
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, or similar role is an advantage
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and meeting customers in person
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
- Self motivated, target driven, and confident in closing sales
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- UAE driving license is an advantage
