Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Sales Secretary.
The Sales Secretary will manage clerical and administrative tasks to support the sales team, including answering phone calls, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
The role also encompasses organizing and managing invoicing processes, maintaining records with high accuracy, and supporting customer relationship management by ensuring customer satisfaction and prompt service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills such as administrative support, filing, and scheduling
- Experience with Switchboard management and handling professional communication
- Knowledge and experience in Invoicing and maintaining accurate financial records
- A High Level of Accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Strong focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction and fostering positive client relationships
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently
- Proficiency in computer and CRM tools; experience with office software is essential
- Prior experience in a sales environment is an advantage
