Role Overview

  • Lead the development and execution of retention strategies for SME and strategic clients.
  • Oversee client recovery cases by assessing customer concerns, identifying root causes, and implementing effective retention plans to strengthen client relationships and reduce churn.

Key Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs, identify root causes, and develop effective retention strategies.
  • Proven experience in account management, relationship management, and client engagement.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decisions and retain key accounts.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making abilities in managing complex client situations.
  • Results driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed client retention and renewal targets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build long term client relationships.
  • Prior experience in the Healthcare Technology (HealthTech) industry is required, with a strong understanding of healthcare digital solutions, client needs, and industry dynamics.
