About the Role
People Dynamics is hiring Sales Representatives for a 12-month contract in Doha to sell motor insurance products. Candidates need minimum experience in motor insurance sales, strong communication skills, and bilingual ability (Arabic & English).

Responsibilities
- Promote and sell motor insurance products to individual and corporate clients
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Generate new leads and business opportunities
- Provide professional insurance advice and customer support
- Coordinate with underwriting and claims departments when required
- Ensure timely policy renewals and follow up with customers
Requirements
- Minimum experience in Motor Insurance Sales
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business
- Good knowledge of Qatar insurance market and products
- Valid QID with transferable visa preferred
- Bilingual (Arabic & English)
- Age Requirement: 25 to 35 years old
