Sales Representative-ZI

To support sales activities, customer follow-up, and promotion of heavy trucks, spare parts, and related solutions within assigned markets. The Sales Representative I achieves assigned targets, manages day-to-day customer inquiries and quotations, and provides professional service in line with company policies and procedures.

• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets within the approved sales plan. • Follow up on customer opportunities within assigned territories and segments. • Maintain relationships with existing customers to support repeat business. • Promote heavy trucks, spare parts, and related products based on customer needs. • Prepare quotations and commercial offers in line with guidelines and required approvals. • Conduct customer visits and basic market checks for requirements and competitor activity. • Update customer records, sales activities, and pipeline information in the CRM system. • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Workshop, and Finance to support orders, delivery, invoicing, and collections. • Submit sales updates, customer feedback, and market information to management as required.
