Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and acquire new clients across commercial, industrial, and municipal sectors in Dubai
- Conduct regular field visits, site assessments, and in person client meetings
- Present and pitch waste management solutions tailored to client needs
- Build and maintain long term relationships with existing accounts
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry regulations in the UAE
Requirements
- 2+ years of field sales or business development experience
- Experience in waste management, environmental services, or facilities management industry is strongly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Valid UAE driving license (essential for field work)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is a plus
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
- Familiarity with the Dubai/UAE business environment and geography
