Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a weekly schedule to ensure full assigned territory coverage and support for National and Independent Retail Banners and ensure objectives are efficiently achieved.
• Install point of sale material (POS) to support promotions or product launches, ensuring product and promotional/POs materials are visible and accessible.
• Support the Regional Sales team to reach established sales targets by ensuring execution requirements negotiated by the Key Account teams are applied at store level.
• Attain more space allotment and product visibility/accessibility by persuading customers with sales or execution comparisons based on knowledge of other regional stores, informing customers of “best practices,” and various other techniques.
• Establish business relationships with customers and regularly follow up to ensure on-going satisfaction with products and services.
• Participate in Team meetings and share customer feedback, potential business opportunities and detailed local market intelligence with Sales Team, as required.
• Remain apprised of industry trends and changes to the competitive environment. Communicate with key resources in stores and perform other duties as required.
