Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience with a track record of achieving targets
- Ability to travel freely to the United States (US, UK, EU/EEA, or Australian passport or valid multi entry US visa)
- Prior experience managing international accounts or working in a globally oriented sales function
- Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, or consumer goods categories highly preferred
- Familiarity with US and/or Canadian retail and wholesale distribution landscape
- Proficient in CRM platforms, sales reporting tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Role Overview
- This is a hybrid, internationally focused sales role based at Hamsons HQ in Dubai. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all US and Canadian distributor and retail accounts, working to strengthen existing partnerships, drive volume growth, and execute commercial ini
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for all US and Canadian distributor accounts
- Conduct regular in person visits to distributors, their sales teams, and retail partners across each respective state and territory
- Align distributor sales teams with Hamsons' commercial objectives and product priorities
- Monitor distributor performance against agreed targets and drive accountability at every level of the supply chain
- Ensure product availability, correct placement, and visibility at the store level across all key accounts
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow shelf presence and distribution across new retail locations
- Coordinate in store promotional activities, samplings, and trade facing initiatives in alignment with the marketing team
- Track and report on sales performance at both the distributor and store level during each market visit
- Deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual volume and revenue targets
- Proactively identify SKUs underperforming against historical benchmarks and develop corrective action plans
- Drive consistent month over month and quarter over quarter sales growth across the portfolio
- Explore and present opportunities to introduce new SKUs and product categories suited to the North American market
Qualifications & Requirements
- Holder of a US, UK, European (EU/EEA), or Australian passport eligible for visa free or expedited entry into the United States
- Holder of a valid, multi entry US visa (B1/B2 or equivalent) with a minimum validity of 5 years from the date of joining
- Documented ability to obtain a US visa with minimal difficulty, evidenced by prior US travel history
- Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience, with a demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Prior experience managing international accounts or working within a globally oriented sales function
- Experience working with FMCG, food & beverage, or consumer goods categories is highly preferred
- Familiarity with the US and/or Canadian retail and wholesale distribution landscape is a strong advantage
- Experience coordinating with distributor sales teams across multiple regions or territories
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and reporting requirements simultaneously
- Proficient in CRM platforms, sales reporting tools, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
