Role Overview
Cintas is hiring a goal-oriented Sales Representative for its growing Outside Sales team.
The role provides B2B customers with work-apparel services and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Offer weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement, and company-branding services.
- Apply training in cold calling, in-person sales, demonstrations, negotiations, objection handling, and closing.
- Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within the assigned territory.
- Use the CRM to identify prospects and close new business.
- Consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.
Required Qualifications
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Have a valid, full, unrestricted driver's license.
- Be proficient with MS Office, intranet/internet, and a Contact Management System.
Preferred Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior sales experience of one year or more is preferred.
- Prior new business-to-business sales experience is preferred.
