Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Sales Representative for spare parts.
The responsibilities include identifying potential clients, managing relationships with existing customers, presenting vehicle options to fulfill client needs, and negotiating sales agreements.
The Sales Representative will also coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Providing excellent customer service and staying informed about market trends and product knowledge are crucial aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, including business development and closing sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends
- Organization and time management skills to handle multiple clients and orders efficiently
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic digital tools for sales documentation
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field preferred
- Experience in international markets or vehicle export industries is an advantage
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
