Sales Representative

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Representative to handle RFQ operations and build strong customer relationships.

Promptly handle new customer inquiries via email and phone.

Acknowledge receipt of RFQs and provide updates throughout the process.

Search for parts across internal systems, Radwell, eBay (UK, US, Germany, etc.), and Alibaba.

Utilize Google Images and collaborate with the team for hard-to-find parts.

Ensure efficient management of found parts to avoid duplication.

Verify pricing using stock data and market comparisons.

Apply appropriate markups considering availability, urgency, and logistics costs.

Send accurate quotes and create new listings for unavailable parts.

Call customers immediately after sending quotes to discuss and close deals.

Maintain consistent follow-up via phone or email to secure orders.

Build strong relationships by checking in with existing customers regularly to address inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
