Strategy Mission seeks a results-driven Senior B2B Business Development & Sales Executive to sell consulting services in Saudi Arabia and the GCC. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, and closing contracts.

Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients across Saudi Arabia and GCC markets
- Develop relationships with CEOs, General Managers, Quality Managers, PMO Directors, Compliance Managers, and Business Owners
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, business communities, events, WhatsApp groups, LinkedIn, and direct outreach
- Conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients and understand their needs
- Present consulting solutions and coordinate with technical consultants for proposal preparation
- Follow up on proposals and negotiations to convert opportunities into signed contracts
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify upselling and cross selling opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and opportunities in CRM and submit weekly/monthly sales reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience
- Experience selling consulting services, professional services, training, or certification related solutions is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of Saudi business culture and corporate decision making processes
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills

Position Summary
- The Senior B2B Business Development & Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets through prospecting, relationship building, client meetings, opportunity qualification, proposal follow up, and contract closing.
Key Responsibilities
