Company Overview

  • The company مقاولات is seeking a Sales Representative to contribute to the development of business and increase sales in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and attract new project opportunities.
  • Visit contracting companies, engineering offices, consultants, and developers.
  • Market the company's services in thermal insulation, waterproofing, and epoxy works.
  • Prepare and submit technical and financial proposals in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Follow up with clients until contract completion and close deals.
  • Build long term professional relationships with clients.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the finance department for receivables.
  • Prepare periodic reports on visits, sales opportunities, and project status.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and meetings as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any relevant field.
  • Experience of at least two years in sales, preferably in the contracting or construction materials sector.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to prepare proposals and follow up until closing the sale.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid driving license and readiness for travel.
