About the Role
Universe wisdom seeks a Sales Representative to drive growth for Kiduzz by acquiring venue partners and corporate accounts in the UAE. You will manage the full sales cycle, from cold outreach to closing deals.

- Identify and reach out to local family entertainment centers, event organizers, and activity venues to list their services on the platform
- Pitch exclusive employee engagement packages to HR managers and corporate decision makers
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial cold outreach and product demonstration to closing the deal and onboarding
- Gather on the ground feedback from venue partners and corporate clients to help refine the platform's offerings and pricing models
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for new partner acquisition and transaction volume
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales or business development experience, preferably within SaaS, tech startup, or local entertainment/hospitality sectors
- Strong understanding of the UAE market landscape, particularly in family centric activities and corporate employee benefits
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self starter mentality with ability to work independently and manage a structured sales pipeline
