Key Responsibilities

  • Venue & Partner Acquisition: Identify and reach out to local family entertainment centers, event organizers, and activity venues to list their services on the platform.
  • B2B Corporate Sales: Pitch exclusive employee engagement packages to HR managers and corporate decision makers.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial cold outreach and product demonstration to closing the deal and onboarding.
  • Market Strategy: Gather on the ground feedback from venue partners and corporate clients to help refine the platform's offerings and pricing models.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly targets for new partner acquisition and transaction volume.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven B2B sales or business development experience, preferably within the SaaS, tech startup, or local entertainment/hospitality sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE market landscape, particularly in family centric activities and corporate employee benefits.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently pitch to business owners and HR directors.
  • A self starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage a structured sales pipeline.
