Responsibilities
- Generate new printing and packaging sales opportunities
- Approach relevant companies and decision makers
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate quotations
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and repeat business
- Submit regular and accurate updates on sales activities and opportunities
- Build long term, profitable customer relationships

- Strong knowledge of packaging products, pricing, quotations, and customer requirements

Overview
- Packdeals is looking for an experienced, high performing Printing and Packaging Sales Representative with a proven record of working on a commission basis and generating significant B2B sales.
- This is not an entry level sales position. We are specifically seeking candidates who have previously sold printing or packaging solutions, developed their own customer pipeline, and consistently achieved strong sales results.
Required Experience
- Previous commission based sales experience
- Proven sales performance in the printing and packaging industry
- Strong knowledge of packaging products, pricing, quotations, and customer requirements
- An established network of customers and decision makers in Saudi Arabia
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate, close deals, and collect payments
- Experience selling to sectors such as FMCG, food and beverage, restaurants, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, retail, e commerce, or industrial companies
- Ability to work independently with strong discipline, reporting, and follow up

Commission and Opportunity
- Competitive commission starting from 2.5% on successfully closed and collected sales
- Commission earnings of up to SAR 10,000, based on achieved sales
- No fixed salary during the initial commission based period
- High performing representatives may be considered for a full time position after three months, subject to target achievement, consistency, professionalism, and discipline
