Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and results driven Sales Representative to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound calls, building relationships with prospective clients, and achieving sales and fundraising targets.
- Candidates with prior fundraising, donor relations, or high volume outbound sales experience are highly preferred.
Work Schedule
- Evening Shift: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Compensation
- Salary: AED 7,000 – AUD 10,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

Qualifications

- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Comfortable working in a target driven environment.
- Proficient in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace (for remote positions).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with North American clients or donors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong phone presence and active listening skills.
- Jewish or American Jew
- Excellent communication skills should be a native, american, or english native no accent
- Can speak Hebrew is a PLUS point

- Willing to work and living in Dubai
