About the Role
NorthLake Financial is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Barrie, ON to service auto dealers across Canada. You will build a book of business, manage a region, and drive adoption of financing programs.

Responsibilities
- Prospecting: contact potential dealers to create buy in on Northlake Financial services
- Dealer Engagement: provide exceptional client experience and support

Requirements
- Must be able to work an 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, between 8am and 8pm
- 2+ years of related sales experience
- Experience selling in indirect automotive or consumer lending, financial services is an asset
- Post Secondary education in Business or Commerce is an asset
- Valid Driver's license
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Successful track record of growing sales and outstanding customer service

Requirements of an Inside Sales Representative
- Must be able to work an 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am and 8pm.
- 2+ years of related sales experience.
- Experience selling in indirect automotive or consumer lending, financial services is an asset.
- Post Secondary education in Business or Commerce is an asset.
- Valid Driver's license.
- Dexterous in using productivity tools and end user software including MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including strong written and verbal.
- Successful track record of growing sales and ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
Compensation
- Base Salary of CAD 45,000 annually.
