- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction
- Handle basic customer service inquiries and escalate complex cases
- Maintain kiosk cleanliness, stock levels, and display appeal
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets
- Record customer feedback and provide suggestions to improve product and service offerings
Requirements
- Languages: Arabic and English
- 1+ year in retail sales, customer service, or luxury goods preferred
- Well groomed, presentable, and confident in a high end retail setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech savvy and comfortable guiding customers through an app based service
- Must be willing to work mall hours, including weekends and holidays
