StarsPro is hiring Sales Representatives to drive sales growth in the commercial foodservice and hospitality industry in Jeddah. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Build and maintain long term relationships with restaurants, cafés, hotels, catering companies, and other hospitality clients
- Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, and recommend suitable equipment solutions
- Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the commercial kitchen, laundry, or foodservice equipment industry
- Strong understanding of commercial kitchen layouts, equipment specifications, and the operational needs of hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering facilities, and hospitality projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with restaurants, cafés, hotels, catering companies, and other hospitality clients.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the commercial kitchen, laundry, or foodservice equipment industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial kitchen layouts, equipment specifications, and the operational needs of hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering facilities, and hospitality projects.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Skills & Competencies
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings and kitchen layouts is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Self motivated, results oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
