- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Proven sales experience in HVAC, ideally with VRF and CAC systems
- Solid understanding of air conditioning products and project sales cycle
- Established network with consultants, contractors, and end users (preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
