Sales Representative - Interior Fitout

Role Overview

Compensation

• Salary is up to AED 4,500 per month.
• Additional compensation and benefits include a company vehicle, fuel, Salik, commission, medical insurance, and annual flight tickets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the interior fit-out sector.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand and meet client needs.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
• Negotiate contract terms and close deals.
• Conduct market research on market trends and client needs.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and process metrics.
• Provide feedback to improve sales strategies and operations.
• Support client satisfaction and account retention.
• Prepare sales activity and revenue reports and forecasts.
• Stay informed about industry innovations and competitive products.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• At least two years of sales experience in the interior fit-out industry is required.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates should have a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of interior design concepts and fit-out processes is required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is required.
• Candidates must be able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluent English and a valid driving license are required.

Workplace

• Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
• The role is full-time and permanent.
