Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Sales Representative to join a growing Water Gallons Bottling business.

This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B sales experience in the bottled water industry, who understands route-to-market execution, customer relationship management, and field sales operations within the water gallons category.

You will be responsible for driving B2B sales growth, expanding market coverage, building strong relationships with corporate clients and distributors, and ensuring strong market execution across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales growth across corporate, wholesale, retail, and distribution channels
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the water gallons segment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors
  • Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and collection targets
  • Ensure strong in-market execution and product availability across assigned accounts
  • Conduct regular market visits to strengthen customer relationships and identify opportunities
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
  • Coordinate closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries
  • Follow up on customer collections and maintain healthy account relationships
  • Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback updates
  • Support route-to-market expansion and market coverage initiatives
  • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the bottled water industry (mandatory)
  • Strong experience in the Water Gallons Bottling business is mandatory
  • Existing network within corporate, wholesale, or distribution channels is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of route-to-market and field sales execution
  • Proven ability to achieve sales and collection targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment
  • Valid driving license preferred
  • English required
  • Arabic preferred but not mandatory
