Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for interior fit-out and design projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, real estate agents, developers, and contractors
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with prospective clients
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and estimation teams
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and project inquiries
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business development goals
- Maintain professional communication and long-term client relationships
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
