The role supports a premium beauty retail experience across shopping-centre kiosks and a flagship store.
Role responsibilities
- Approach and engage customers professionally and confidently.
- Present luxury cosmetic products and support customer purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a strong sales focus and work toward assigned targets.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, promotions, or the beauty industry is required.
- Basic knowledge of women’s skincare products is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
- A target-driven mindset and professional customer engagement ability are required.
Additional experience
- Experience in women’s facial treatments is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 3,500 to AED 15,000 per month.
Work location
- The role is based in person in leading shopping centres across Dubai.
Company context
The company has operated in beauty retail for over 12 years and has 13 kiosks and a flagship store across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Successful candidates receive training in customer engagement, product presentation, and luxury cosmetic sales.
