Job Overview

  • My name is Leyla Baymaganbetova. I am currently working on creating my own business a language and communication school, Klaster.
  • I need someone who can quickly grasp the essence of my various projects, communicate extensively with clients in English, and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Understand materials and dashboards, communicate with me, and be able to describe each project's strategy and business model in one sentence.
  • Recognize healthy financial proportions of the business and alert me if something is off.
  • Strong project management skills to control and direct multiple internal projects simultaneously.
  • Independence: ask questions if the task is unclear and propose solutions to problems.
  • Prioritization: quickly assess the importance of meetings and projects, and prioritize my work tasks accordingly.
  • Willingness to handle routine tasks: manage incoming emails, work with the calendar, create content, post on social media, and update company profiles on various platforms.
  • Excellent customer service skills to talk to clients, as well as manage schedules and communicate with teachers.

Work Schedule

  • Work schedule: 6 working days per week
  • Office hours: 9 am to 6 pm
  • Work arrangement: 5 days from the office, 1 day working from home

Compensation

  • Pay: From AED 3,000.00 per month

Experience

  • B2B sales: 3 years (Required)
