Responsibilities
- Apply full body lamination (front, back, sides, camera, and edges) for mobile phones and smart devices
- Cut and customize hydrogel/TPU lamination sheets using cutting machines/software
- Ensure bubble free, dust free and perfectly aligned installation
- Inspect devices before and after lamination to avoid damage
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation and tools
- Demonstrate products and explain benefits of lamination to customers
- Upsell screen protectors, cases, and accessories when appropriate
- Handle customer devices carefully and maintain trust and professionalism
- Maintain stock levels of lamination sheets and report shortages
- Follow company safety and quality standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in mobile accessories or device protection installation preferred
- Experience using lamination cutting machines/software (e.g., hydrogel cutter) is a plus
- High attention to detail and steady hand skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment
- Basic technical knowledge of smartphones and tablets
- Must be on own visa
