Pet’s Delight, established by Arab Land Trading in 2005, has grown into a trusted pet retail brand with 11 stores across the UAE, located in the heart of Dubai’s vibrant communities.

We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Pets Delight.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent service, assisting pet owners with product recommendations, and ensuring that the store is well-presented and fully stocked.

· Greet and assist customers, providing product advice and recommendations.

· Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and promoting loyalty programs.

· Maintain store standards, stock shelves, and ensure product rotation.

· Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately.

· Support inventory control and participate in stock counts.

· Educate customers on pet care, nutrition, and new products.

· 2-4 years of retail/sales experience

(Pet industry experience is mandatory)
