Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist clients in selecting luxury evening dresses, offering styling advice and personalized service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain thorough knowledge of product range and upcoming collections
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Ensure the store is well presented and stocked
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Participate in store events and promotions to engage customers and drive sales
- Maintain client relationships through excellent interpersonal skills and follow up
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fashion retail, preferably in luxury fashion
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for fashion
- Excellent problem solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Ability to work 6 days a week, 8 hours per day
- High level of professionalism and understanding of high class service standards
