- Manage a pipeline of prospects
- Conduct meetings and product demonstrations for ICT, software, and consulting solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in collaboration with technical and delivery teams
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, gather feedback, and identify upselling or cross selling opportunities
- Update CRM records and forecast sales
- Participate in marketing or industry events
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth handover from sale to implementation
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales skills including prospecting, lead qualification, solution selling, and deal closing in the technology or ICT sector
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long term client relationships
- Comfort using CRM tools and basic sales reporting methods
- General understanding of ERP, custom software, AI, cybersecurity, or IT services
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Self motivated, target oriented, and able to work independently
- Professional proficiency in English; Arabic or additional regional languages are an advantage
- Previous sales experience in the GCC region or similar markets is highly beneficial

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Sales Representative role based in Dubai.
- The Sales Representative will identify and qualify new business opportunities, manage a pipeline of prospects, and conduct meetings and product demonstrations for ICT, software, and consulting solutions.
- The role includes preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals in collaboration with the technical and delivery teams.
- The Sales Representative will maintain strong relationships with existing clients, gather feedback, and identify upselling or cross selling opportunities across ERP, AI, cybersecurity, and related services.
- Daily responsibilities also include updating CRM records, forecasting sales, participating in marketing or industry events, and coordinating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth handover from sale to implementation.
Qualifications
